When will my order ship?

Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. If you live on the West Coast, you should receive your order a bit quicker. Unfortunately, there are times that an order is running behind and we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping times may vary depending on shipping providers due to holidays and other unforeseen circumstances such as weather or staffing issues.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours to receive a tracking number.

How do I change my order if I’ve already placed it?

If you need to change something on your order please reach out to us right away at teamsmashersbaseball@gmail.com. If we catch it in time we will be able to update your order for you.

What is your return policy?

We provide free returns/exchanges if your items do not fit or you are not satisfied with your order. If you would like to process a return or exchange please email us teamsmashersbaseball@gmail.com and we will email you a shipping label for your return.

You can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept items that are damaged, or show signs of use. Based on the condition item is received, we will determine eligibility of your return.
